Weekend Adventuring

My sister came in to town this weekend with 2 month old Jasper and we did some adventuring. We wandered around Rockridge in Oakland, had some fancy hot chocolate at the Bittersweet Cafe, and took a trip across the bay to the DeYoung Museum on one of the prettiest days we have had here in the Bay Area in quite a while. It's nice to spend time with family especially when it involves lots of art, laughter, and baby cuddling. There may have also been a little Miss America pageant watching, but I won't go in to that... All told it was an excellent weekend, here's hoping that this is a sign of an excellent week to come.
